Location & Hours

We offer Curbside Pickup!  Select “Pickup” as your shipping option upon checkout, select the location you’d like to pick up your order, and you will receive instructions with your email order confirmation.  Please allow one business day for your order to be processed and ready.

Please note:  All orders not picked up within 7 days of being processed will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping & Handling

In effort to get your Sufferfest gear to your front door as quickly and affordable as possible we have a fulfillment center in Chico, CA and in Mills River, NC. All order rates are based on weight and distance from the closest fulfillment center to your address.

If you need your order sooner, expedited options are available for an additional fee. Please note, actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date, and other conditions. On average, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days with standard shipping and will arrive in 1-5 business days after processing.

We also ship orders internationally! Please note that Sufferfest Beer Co. does not pay any additional duties or fees charged by customs or other international mailing companies.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Sufferfest Beer Co. wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it to us for an exchange of equal value or refund (less shipping charges).  All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition, unwashed and with tags within one year of purchase. Food and alcohol products are not eligible for return, however we will gladly replace any items damaged during shipment.
